Instead of wasting time waiting, Michael communicated directly with the office of the President for the Bank of America in Charlotte, NC. Persistence prevailed and within two days after receiving Michael’s phone call, the bank agreed to accept Michael’s offer of $525,000 for a home that had an outstanding mortgage of $950,000. Michael’s effort and the result exceeded the client’s expectations.
